Beach House is a spacious and comfortable holiday apartment located in the resort of Nei Pori, in the Olympus Riviera region, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing family holiday close to the sea. The property is situated just 70 m from the beach and 350 m from the resort center, providing guests with quick and easy access to swimming areas, the seaside promenade, and all the amenities the resort has to offer.

The accommodation is arranged across three levels – the ground floor, the first floor, and the attic. The ground floor features one bathroom, while the first floor comprises a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. An additional bedroom is located in the attic. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with two joined single beds each, while the third bedroom contains two separate single beds, providing a high level of flexibility when it comes to guests’ sleeping arrangements.

A baby cot can be added upon prior request at the time of booking and is included in the price.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with a total of four air conditioning units located in the living room and in each of the bedrooms. The use of air conditioning is charged extra. Guests have access to WiFi internet and a television. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation and features a stove with four cooking rings and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a microwave oven. A washing machine and a hairdryer are also available, adding extra convenience for longer stays.

To enjoy the fresh sea air and the scent of the nearby coast, guests can make use of the spacious balcony located on the first-floor level, offering views of the blue waters of the Aegean Sea.

Pets are allowed in this property upon prior request and for an additional fee.

Cleaning services and bed linen/towel changes during the stay are not provided. Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment throughout their stay.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
