Memories 2 House is located in the heart of the traditional village of Agios Nikolaos on the Sithonia peninsula. Situated just 300 m from the village center and approximately 3.1 km from the nearest beach, this property offers an ideal opportunity for an authentic holiday in a peaceful setting, allowing guests to experience the local traditions, culture, and unique atmosphere of this beautiful region.

Built as a separate unit within a shared courtyard, the accommodation is located on the ground floor and consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and one bedroom. It can accommodate up to four adults, who can be comfortably housed on a double bed in the bedroom, as well as a single bed and a pull-out bed in the living room.

The house is fully air-conditioned, with two air-conditioning units positioned in the living room and bedroom. Guests also have access to wireless Wi-Fi internet and two flat-screen TVs throughout their stay, ensuring access to a variety of entertainment options. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary amenities and includes a stove with four burners and a large oven, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a microwave. A large refrigerator with a freezer is available on the veranda. A washing machine and hairdryer are also provided for added convenience.

Outdoors, guests can relax on the veranda, furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, making it the perfect place to unwind and spend quality time with family and friends. In addition to the veranda, guests have access to a well-maintained shared courtyard, which is particularly suitable for children thanks to its dedicated play facilities.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning service is not provided, and guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the house during their stay. For stays of ten nights and longer, a fresh set of bed linen and towels is provided every fifth day, and guests are responsible for changing them themselves.

Private parking is not available; however, parking is possible on public street areas in the immediate vicinity of the property.

Memories 2 House is an excellent choice for travelers seeking a more traditional holiday experience, close to the stunning beaches of Sithonia while remaining somewhat removed from the crowds typically found in seaside resorts. It is worth noting that the accommodation is located 5 km from the popular Trani Ammouda Beach, 7 km from Lagonisi Beach, and 97 km from the nearest international airport in Thessaloniki.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
