Aria Vista Apartments is located in Agios Nikolaos, a traditional place in the interior of Sithonia, surrounded by greenery and olive groves, 2.7 km away from the sandy beach. The peaceful environment, beautifully landscaped courtyard with a pool, and views of the green landscapes make this accommodation particularly pleasant for guests who want a holiday away from the crowds, while still having easy access to the sea and some of the most beautiful places on the eastern coast of Sithonia. Agios Nikolaos is one of the oldest settlements in Halkidiki, with traditional houses and narrow streets, while nearby are Ormos Panagias, Trani Ammouda, and Vourvourou, making the location convenient for guests who want to explore different beaches and natural beauties of this peninsula during their vacation.

The property has a total of five accommodation units: three apartments for up to two adults and two studios on two levels for up to four adults. The apartments for two people are located on the ground floor and consist of a separate bedroom with a double bed, kitchen, and bathroom. The two-level studios are on the first and second floors. The lower level consists of a living room with kitchen and bathroom, while the upper level is an open sleeping area with a double bed. In the living room of both studios, there is a sofa where two adults can sleep. The interior is modern, bright, and very pleasantly decorated, with a harmonious combination of light wood, neutral tones, and details of natural stone. Stone walls, present in both the living and sleeping areas, give the space a special Mediterranean character, while large windows and balcony doors provide plenty of natural light and further connect the interior with the green surroundings. The living rooms are functionally organized and equipped with modern furniture, while the bedrooms are simply and elegantly decorated, with enough space for a comfortable rest.

Upon request, a baby cot can be provided, and its use is included in the price of the stay. This convenience eases the stay for families with babies and small children, as parents do not need to bring their own cot and additional sleeping equipment. The cot should be requested when booking to be prepared in the accommodation unit before the guests’ arrival.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, and the use of air conditioning is included in the price of the stay. The two-level studios also have an additional air conditioner, allowing for a more comfortable temperature on both levels. Guests have free WiFi internet, Smart TV, washing machine, and hairdryer in all units. The kitchens are equipped to allow for self-catering during the holiday. The apartments have two ceramic hobs, while the studios have four ceramic hobs and a large oven. All units have a large fridge with a freezer, as well as a kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.

The ground floor apartments have private fenced verandas, while the studios have two balconies each. The balconies are spacious and each has a seating area, making them an ideal spot for morning coffee, daytime relaxation, or a glass of wine before bedtime. Each balcony and veranda has its own clothesline. One apartment and one studio have a direct view of the pool and landscaped courtyard, while two apartments and the other studio face the front of the property, with views of the courtyard, street, and surrounding mountain and green landscapes. One of the greatest advantages of Aria Vista Apartments is the spacious and carefully landscaped common courtyard with a pool. Around the pool is a paved sunbathing area with ten sun loungers and umbrellas, while well-kept lawns, decorative greenery, and an open view of the surrounding olive groves create a very pleasant environment for relaxation. There is no natural shade, but umbrellas are available to guests. The courtyard also features an outdoor shower, and the space is fenced and well-maintained. There is a shared barbecue in the courtyard, providing an additional convenience for all guests who want to prepare meals outdoors and spend more time within the complex.

Pets are not allowed.

Cleaning of the accommodation units is done every three days. Bed linen and towels are provided for guests upon arrival, and their replacement is also done every three days, contributing to a more comfortable stay, especially during longer vacations.

For guests arriving by car, there is a private parking with a total of six parking spaces. The use of parking is included in the price of the stay, so guests do not have to search for a parking spot around the property.

The area around the accommodation is particularly worth visiting the Trani Ammouda beach, one of the most famous beaches in this part of Sithonia, with a large sandy shore, fine sand, and calm, shallow sea, making it very popular among families with children. The beach is partially organized and holds a Blue Flag. In the immediate vicinity is Ormos Panagias, a small seaside village with a picturesque harbor, taverns, and cafes. The harbor is especially interesting for guests who want to enhance their vacation with excursions, as boats depart from here for cruises along the coast of Mount Athos, as well as towards Ammouliani and other interesting places in the area. Vourvourou is just a few kilometers further from Ormos Panagias and is known for its exceptionally beautiful bay, Diaporos island, Karidi beach, and Livari lagoon. Nikiti, one of the liveliest places in Sithonia with a long beach, promenade, restaurants, shops, and an old traditional part of the settlement, is also easily reached by car. Agios Nikolaos itself is worth getting to know during the stay. The old part of the town preserves traditional houses from the 19th century and narrow streets suitable for evening strolls, while in the surrounding area, Vetrino hill with traces of an ancient settlement and the church of St. George can be visited. Thessaloniki International Airport is about 97 km away from Agios Nikolaos. Aria Vista Apartments is an excellent choice for guests looking for modern and well-equipped accommodation in a peaceful, green environment, with enough amenities to spend part of the day without going to the beach. The pool with sun loungers, landscaped courtyard, spacious balconies and verandas, private parking, and shared barbecue are particularly suitable for families, couples, and small groups, while the location between Agios Nikolaos, Ormos Panagias, Trani Ammouda, and Vourvourou provides an excellent starting point for exploring the eastern coast of Sithonia.
