Sofia's East home is situated in an excellent location, just a few minutes from the sea and the town center. The owner of the apartment is very kind and friendly, and the accommodation is typically Greek. We stayed in an apartment that consists of a room with a double bed, which you enter immediately upon entering the apartment; however, the room lacks windows, making it impossible to keep the sliding door closed that separates it from another room with a single bed and a click-clack sofa bed. A hallway leads to a miniature kitchen with sparse utensils, a bathroom, and a spacious terrace that greatly enhances the apartment's appeal. I believe the price corresponds to the quality. My only complaint about this accommodation is that the bed linens and towels are changed only once throughout the entire stay, and each guest cleans their own apartment (as best as they can). There is only one broom in front of the apartment that everyone uses, and everything else is cleaned on your own, which means you have to find your own mop, cleaning supplies... I consider it essential and necessary for the accommodation to be cleaned 2-3 times during the stay and for towels to be changed, as it should be noted that guests come for a 10-day vacation, have paid for this accommodation, and should not have to buy gloves, cloths, mops, and cleaning agents to clean the apartments they are staying in. This is the only downside of this accommodation; everything else was perfectly fine, and I would sincerely recommend it due to all the advantages it offers.

We are extremely pleased with our stay in the apartment. The accommodation is located in an excellent spot, near the sea, in a tranquil part of the resort, yet close to the center. It is delightful to take a stroll to the church on the hill, where it is particularly serene and soothing. From there, one can enjoy a beautiful view of the resort and the surrounding mountains. The three-person apartment, with a sea view, is spacious enough, featuring a large terrace and a well-equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator...). Everything is well-maintained and clean. The staff is very kind, especially the landlady. The price-to-quality ratio is satisfactory. Highly recommended!

The location of the studio is excellent. We moved into studio number 6 on the top floor. The terrace offers a beautiful view, is spacious, and remains shaded throughout the day. On the downside, the studio needs renovation - the furniture is old, there is paneling on the ceiling, the mattress on the double bed needs to be replaced, and the folding chair is uncomfortable as it separates at the joints (not suitable for a child older than 4-5 years). Studio 6A (or 7A, for example) on the lower floor is equipped more modernly. The landlady Sofia is a quiet and kind woman, and she manages well with English. The kitchen is small and old, but if you are only preparing coffee, it will suffice. The internet quality is average. Cleanliness is quite satisfactory.

We spent our summer vacation in Sofia at the beginning of August. The location is fantastic, just about ten steps from the stadium. We were accommodated in studio number 3, which is not shown in the pictures, but it is cozy, pleasant, and comfortable. It does not have a terrace, but there is an exit to the yard. If cleanliness, the kindness of the hosts, and a reasonable level of luxury are important to you, then you will not make a mistake; it is quite decent, above average. This was our first vacation booked through Nikana, and in Neos Marmaras, we were extremely satisfied and will definitely return.

The level of hospitality is commendable. The room is situated almost on the fourth floor, which entails quite a few stairs. The triple room is rather small for three adults, but the terrace is genuinely spacious. In the studio, there is only one single-door wardrobe, which is unacceptably inadequate for three people. Additionally, there is only one deep plate available, and the rest of the kitchenware is quite modest. The parking in front of the house was used by the owner, leaving no space for guests.

We enjoyed our stay; the accommodation was good, exceptionally clean, and the hosts were courteous.

We stayed at this accommodation from August 18th to August 28th. We were assigned the third floor, room number 6. I believe this room is the only one with a balcony instead of a regular terrace. The view is magnificent, the room is clean, and the landlady is wonderful. The problem might be parking in front of the villa, but it can be resolved by going down the street below, where you can see your car from the terrace. The first impression while climbing to the third floor with luggage is dreadful, but once you look out the window, you forget about the climb. I have no complaints whatsoever and would gladly return to this accommodation.

As I read the comments from other users, I had the impression that we had not stayed in the same villa. However, criteria vary, and for this price range, I believe they are unrealistic; even for this price, you cannot find better accommodations elsewhere. Let me start from the beginning :) The first stress we encountered was moving everything you brought up to the third floor. Anyone who has never lived in a multi-story building without an elevator, like us, will find the multiple ascents and descents of stairs (3 floors), burdened like a donkey, to be a serious challenge for their heart rate. However, in our three-bed room number 6, with a huge terrace (perfect shade all day long, thanks to the constant breeze) and an incredibly comfortable set of large mesh garden chairs and a big table, with a phenomenal view of the city dust, alleviates all the struggles of hiking. The room is perfectly arranged with everything you need. The WiFi is excellent (a small tip: if you happen to notice that it’s not working, step out into the hallway, you will see the router. It has only one white PoE cable plugged in; unplug the cable and plug it back in, the router will reset, and everything will work perfectly again). My daughter had a nosebleed on the first night, so while we were at the beach, the hostess immediately changed the pillowcase and tidied up her bed, arranged the toys on the pillow, and shaped her pajamas into a flower. Do we need more? Towels are changed every three days, as is the bedding. In a word, perfect. For the price of this accommodation, which is not too high, I assert that you cannot do better. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to leave a day early, but the host did everything in their power to ensure we could leave as soon as possible. Thank you for everything.

Sofia's Studios is a villa located in one of the best (if not the best) spots in Neos. The beach is nearby, just a few minutes' walk away, the first markets are at the end of the street, and it's not far to the center either. Thanks to our stay in this villa, we didn't feel the hilly terrain of Neos. The studio is small, yet perfectly adequate for two, in my case, with beautiful terraces overlooking the beach, comfortable beds, and a clean, tidy environment. The lovely artworks adorning all the apartments and hallways add a special charm. After three days, they change all the linens and towels. The landlady is a kind and charming woman, open to any collaboration and agreement. This was my first time booking through this site, and I only regret not having done it sooner. Highly recommended :)

The owner is wonderful. The apartment was exactly as we agreed, tidy and clean. The location is excellent, both due to its proximity to the sea and the parking options around the area, as we believe the only issue in Neos is parking space. Given the closeness to the field where you can park your car, as well as the beach, this place is ideal. We have no complaints and will return to the same place next year.

The accommodation is located near the football field, and a flight of about twenty steps separates you from the flat area of NM. Initially, we stayed in studio 7 on the top floor, which did not offer a sea view, but rather a view of other accommodations. Since we were looking for a sea view, we were moved to studio 6 on the third day. Regarding the rooms, they are not large, but the basements are fantastic. It is truly a delight, except for the fact that at this height, the chimney of the neighboring restaurant is positioned, and you will surely inhale the aromas of cooking for at least five days from 8 PM to 10 PM. If it weren't for that, the accommodation would have been nearly perfect. The studio was clean, except that we found an old piece with crumbs in one of the cabinets, which they probably overlooked. It is important to note that the third bed is a pull-out chair, and no matter what Sofia says, it is not suitable for an adult. There are many folds and foam pieces that detach, and the wooden frame creaks with every movement, making it a place where quality sleep is hard to come by. Additionally, the courtyard side of the accommodation overlooks an area where all the main roads are located, so the noise is enormous, with kids revving mopeds without mufflers every night until late in the morning.

The accommodation was extremely poor. The space was exceptionally small. The location of the room and terrace was unfavorable. It cannot be called a studio in any way. Once belongings are brought in, there is no room to move around. Two people cannot pass each other, let alone prepare a meal. There is a lack of utensils. It feels like a scam. The accommodation is very expensive for what is offered, especially during the off-season. The image of the accommodation on the website does not match the reality. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

It might be a bit cramped for two children, but it was excellent for us, and the greatest advantage of that apartment was the enormous terrace where up to 10 people can comfortably sit! From that room, we did not have a view of the sea, but rather of a neighbor's garden filled with flowers and a lovely yard. The accommodation, Sofia Studios, is located in a quiet part of Neos Marmaras, where you have two shops next to each other, two bakeries, and a few restaurants, and just a four-minute leisurely walk will take you to the bustling center. It is lovely to take a stroll in the evening for dinner and then return to the peace and quiet of Sofia Studios. Every single day, our room was cleaned, towels and bed linens were changed, simply incredible. Almost right in front of the accommodation is the town beach, which is quite nice, but Neos, like Sarti, has divine wild beaches that my husband and I visited.
