The house has been carefully designed to comfortably accommodate up to four adults and is arranged over two levels, combining functionality with the warm and welcoming atmosphere of a seaside home. The ground floor features a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom, while the attic level, designed as an open gallery, includes an additional sleeping area and a separate toilet. Both the ground-floor bedroom and the gallery sleeping area are furnished with a double bed, making the house an excellent choice for couples or families looking for comfort, privacy, and a relaxing Mediterranean getaway.

The house is fully air-conditioned, with two air conditioning units, one on each level, ensuring a pleasant indoor temperature even during the hottest summer days. Guests can also enjoy complimentary WiFi and a flat-screen Smart TV for additional comfort and entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and includes four standard cooking hobs, a large oven, and a spacious refrigerator with a freezer compartment. In addition to the basic equipment, smaller kitchen appliances such as an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and a milk frother are also provided to make everyday cooking more convenient. A washing machine and a hairdryer are also available for guests’ use.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the house during their stay. For reservations of 10 nights or longer, a change of bed linen and towels is provided. This service is not included for shorter stays.

The property does not offer a private parking space. However, guests may use the nearby public parking area or park along the surrounding streets, subject to availability.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
