Aggelina SeaSide Apartments is the accommodation on the promenade in Nikiti, by the sea. The accommodation is at about 700m from the supermarket Masoutis, while the smaller shops such as the grocery store Fresh Corner and the bakery Zorbas are about 500m away. It’s located on the promenade, but in a somewhat calmer part of Nikiti, because the center and most of the facilities, the most popular restaurants and happenings are about five minutes away. The beautiful sandy beach is just across the street.
Aggelina SeaSide Apartments is a complex of two houses. Studios in the first house have a direct sea view, while in the second house (some ten meters behind the first one), there are apartments with a partial sea view. Studios can accommodate up to two adults and one child, while the capacity of the apartment is up to four adults and one child.
There are six studios (25m2) in the first house. Two are equipped with three single beds, and four studios have one double and a single bed. Their kitchen has a refrigerator, hotplates and microwave. All the studios have a direct sea view, except the studio no. 8 on the last floor. It has a nice double bed with a drawer bed, two terraces and a side sea view. A baby cot can be added if a drawer bed isn’t used.
In this house, there’s one accommodation unit on the high ground floor, created by joining two studios, making an apartment (50m2) with two bathrooms, two balconies, two TV sets and two air conditioners. There’s one double bed (with the possibility of adding a baby cot) in the room with equipped kitchen and three single beds and a fridge in the second room. The room with single beds has a balcony with direct sea view, while the balcony of the room with a kitchen is located on the other side of the building.
The second house offers four apartments (50m2) for a maximum of five persons. They have a kitchen with an oven and large refrigerator, a living room with two folding sofas, two bedrooms (with one double i.e. two single beds), bathroom and a spacious and beautiful balcony with a partial but beautiful sea view.
Each accommodation unit has a kitchen, Flat TV (40”), air conditioning, mosquito nets and a bathroom with a hairdryer and a glass shower cabin. The houses are clean and nicely equipped. Guests can use three washing machines for free, while the cleaning and bed linen replacement is performed after 3-4 days.
The nicely arranged grassy yard is full of toys and it’s suitable for children to play, while adults can enjoy socializing. Guests can use a portable barbecue and an outdoor shower. The accommodation doesn’t have private parking lot, but you can park your vehicle in the surrounding streets.
After a traffic light in Nikiti, near the church, turn right and drive towards the beach. Continue to the left along the beach, and you will find Aggelina SeaSide Apartments near the Vertigo Bar.
