Spanos House is just twenty meters away from the beach in New Sarti. The newly built and well-equipped accommodation offers its guests a nice and comfortable vacation.
It is about 500m from the center, and about 150m from the nearest supermarket and bakery.
It offers six two-bed studios (22m2), which each have two single beds joined together. Three are on the first floor, three on the second floor, and in the basement there is one three-bed studio (2+1) which has one double bed with a pull-out bed underneath it.
All studios are air-conditioned, have TV, internet and mosquito nets. The kitchens are equipped with the necessary utensils, they have a kettle, a hob with two hotplates and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There is a shower cabin in the bathrooms and a hair dryer is also available to the guests. If necessary, the owner can add a baby cot. Pets are not allowed.
Changing of towels and bed linen, as well as cleaning of accommodation units, are done every three days. The disadvantage of this accommodation is that there is no private parking, so in the high season there may be a problem with parking, but at a distance of about 500m there is a public parking lot.
The easiest way to get to the accommodation is if you turn towards Sarti by the soccer field, then turn left into the street that is in the second row from the sea and drive another 350m where you will see the Spanos accommodation on the right.
If you want a comfortable vacation, in nicely decorated accommodation, close to the beach and all other contents, Spanos House can be a good choice.
