Anastasia House is located in the picturesque and romantic tourist town of Afitos, on the northeastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, 450 meters from the sandy beach and 30 meters from the central square. The accommodation is ideal for families and groups of friends who seek a peaceful and relaxing vacation, with easy access to local amenities and the pleasant atmosphere of Afitos.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate up to eight adults and three children. It consists of a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom. Two bedrooms feature a double bed, while the third bedroom has a double bed and a sofa for one person. Additionally, the living room includes a sofa for two and one person, as well as a convertible armchair.

Upon request, a baby cot is available to guests at no extra cost.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests a TV, free WiFi, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove and large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

From the spacious veranda, furnished with seating, guests can enjoy a lovely view of the surroundings and even prepare food on the barbecue.

Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior arrangement with the owner. For guests staying with their pets, a security deposit is required, which is refundable upon check-out if the accommodation is returned in the same condition as received.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, as towel and linen replacement is not provided and is done at the end of the stay. Cleaning service is available for an additional fee.

One private parking space is provided for guests, and additional parking spots can easily be found in front of the accommodation along the street or at a public parking nearby.

Anastasia House is located 14 km from Polychrono, 29 km from Xenia Beach, and 74 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
Accommodation Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is 15€ per night.
Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.
