Kalitea Apartment is a modern and newly built accommodation located 850 meters from the beach, situated in a newly developed and quiet area of Kalithea, ideal for a relaxed and high-quality holiday away from city crowds, while still offering a great location with quick and easy access to all resort amenities. The apartment is carefully designed to provide comfort and a pleasant atmosphere during your stay, and guests also have access to a swimming pool, perfect for refreshment and relaxation on warm summer days. Kalitea Apartment is an excellent choice for anyone seeking peace, comfort, and additional amenities such as a pool in a modern and well-maintained environment.

The apartment is located on the lower ground floor, just a few steps below ground level, and is intended for up to four guests. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two people, making it a practical and comfortable option for families or small groups.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon request, with prior notice during the reservation.

Kalitea Apartment offers a comfortable, air-conditioned stay. The air conditioning units located in the living room and bedroom ensure a pleasant temperature during warm summer days.. Guests have access to Wi-Fi internet and two Smart TVs, providing additional entertainment and comfort during their stay. The kitchen is equipped with two ceramic hobs, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, a kettle, and a coffee machine, making it ideal for preparing basic meals during the stay. A hairdryer is also available as an additional convenience.

Guests can enjoy two private, fenced verandas located on both sides of the apartment—one at the entrance and the other accessible from the bedroom—both at lower ground level and additionally secured with high partition walls ensuring maximum privacy. The verandas are furnished with seating sets, making them perfect spots for relaxation, morning coffee, or evening rest in a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. An additional benefit is the shared swimming pool located in front of the building, available to all guests.

Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

For stays longer than seven days, cleaning service is provided, as well as bed linen and towel change halfway through the stay. Extra sets of towels and bed linen are also available within the accommodation and are included in the price.

Private parking is not provided; guests may park their vehicles along the street.

Kalitea Apartment is an excellent choice for a peaceful holiday with good connections to all popular places on Kassandra. It is located just 11 km from Polychrono and 4 km from Afytos, one of the most beautiful and authentic villages in the area, while Thessaloniki International Airport is 77 km away, allowing for easy and convenient access to the accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 14 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
