On The Beach House is located in Mola Kaliva, a quiet place on the western coast of the Kassandra peninsula, just 10 meters from the beach, in the first row to the sea, with direct access to the shore. Set in an environment defined by nature, tranquility, and a relaxed atmosphere, this house is an excellent choice for families and small groups of friends who want to spend their holiday close to the sea and enjoy a pleasant ambiance. The direct panoramic sea view and the well‑arranged outdoor space further contribute to a comfortable stay and enjoyment of the Mediterranean setting.
The house accommodates up to five adults and is organized on two levels. The lower level, located in the semi‑basement, is reserved for rest and includes two bedrooms, while the upper level, located on the ground floor, is designed as a shared living space with a living room, kitchen, dining area, and bathroom. Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed, while the living room offers a sofa bed for one person.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms, providing extra comfort during hot summer days. Guests have access to wireless internet, Smart TVs with Netflix in the living room and both bedrooms, while a special interior detail is the record player, sure to delight music lovers. The kitchen is fully equipped for daily meal preparation and includes a four‑zone induction stove, large oven, large refrigerator with freezer, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender, and juicer, allowing guests to easily organize meals and prepare various drinks during their stay. Additional conveniences include a washing machine, an iron, and a hair dryer.
A special highlight of this accommodation is the covered veranda, which naturally extends from the house and offers a pleasant outdoor setting with panoramic sea views, the sound of waves, and the distinctive sunsets characteristic of this part of Kassandra. The outdoor area provides several seating sets, a hanging swing, sun loungers in the yard, and loungers for use on the beach. There is also a private barbecue, enabling outdoor meal preparation and enjoyment.
Pets are welcome at this property and can stay free of charge, with prior agreement with the owner. The fenced outdoor area is an added benefit for guests traveling with their four‑legged companions.
During their stay, guests maintain the accommodation’s cleanliness themselves, according to their own habits and needs. A set of clean bed linen and towels is provided in advance, along with additional sets available for replacement during the stay. At the end of the stay, a final cleaning service is mandatory and charged separately. Guests may also arrange additional cleaning during their stay, for an extra fee.
The property includes one private parking space for guests. In addition, parking is possible nearby along the street, depending on availability.
Mola Kaliva is a small and peaceful seaside village on the western coast of Kassandra, between Posidi and Nea Skioni, known for its authentic atmosphere and natural surroundings. Surrounded by pine forests and olive groves, this resort is one of the quieter places in this part of Halkidiki. The beach is long, with fine pebbles on the shore, while after the first few meters in the water, the seabed becomes sandy with shallow areas. In some parts, sacks are placed to ease crossing over flat rocks when entering the sea. Due to the specific structure of the coast, the beach is not among the most suitable for families with small children, but it is known for its clean sea and relaxed atmosphere. Along the shore, organized and natural sections alternate, while pine and olive trees contribute to the recognizable Mediterranean ambiance. Mola Kaliva is especially appealing to guests who prefer a quieter environment and direct contact with nature during their holiday. The accommodation is 94 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.
