The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room offers a sofa for two people and bunk beds.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon request, with prior notice when booking.

The apartment is equipped with two air conditioners and wireless WiFi internet, while additional relaxation is provided by two flat-screen smart TVs with Netflix access, perfect for moments of rest after a day at the beach. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary items for preparing light summer meals and includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic stovetop with four burners, and a milk frother for iced coffee. Your stay is further facilitated by a washing machine and a hair dryer, making the apartment a practical choice for a carefree holiday.

Guests have access to two balconies, one of which is intended for everyday practical use such as drying laundry, while the other, more spacious balcony is the perfect place to relax and enjoy. Equipped with seating furniture, it provides an ideal corner for morning coffee, reading a favorite book, or unwinding during warm summer evenings.

In order to ensure a pleasant and consistent quality of stay for all guests, pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning and linen/towel change services are not included, but can be provided for an additional fee. During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment.

Private parking is not provided for guests, but vehicles can be parked on the street nearby.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
