Katerina Casa is located in Nea Potidea, just 130 m from the beach, allowing guests to reach the sea within a few minutes’ walk. Nea Potidea is situated at the very beginning of Kassandra and is one of the first resorts you will come across when entering the peninsula. Thanks to its location, the town is an excellent base for exploring Kassandra and its numerous attractive beaches and resorts. There are many beautiful beaches with clear waters in the surrounding area, allowing guests to discover a different part of the coast each day. Katerina Casa is therefore a great choice for guests who want to stay close to the sea and all amenities, while also having an excellent base for exploring Kassandra.

The apartment is located on the first floor and is suitable for up to five adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed and a bunk bed, while the living room has a sofa suitable for one person.

A baby cot is available upon request and is included in the price.

This air-conditioned apartment has air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
