Costa Beach Front Apartment is a modernly decorated, comfortable apartment in Pefkochori, on the Kassandra Peninsula. Conveniently located only 40 m from the beach and positioned in the very center of the town, it guarantees a vacation whose main characteristics are spontaneity and being unburdened by planning transportation or early departures to the beach. The proximity to the sea also ensures that guests will wake up every morning to the smell of the sea and the sounds of waves coming from the nearby beach.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is intended for a maximum of four adults. The apartment features a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom, ensuring a completely comfortable stay for the guests of this accommodation. The living room is equipped with a sofa for two people, while the bedroom has a double bed.
A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon prior request.
The apartment is air-conditioned, while air conditioners are positioned in the living room and in the bedroom. In addition to the air conditioner, the bedroom is also equipped with a ceiling fan, which ensures a pleasant temperature of the interior during the hot summer months. The apartment is equipped with a wireless connection, as well as a flat screen TV in the living room. The kitchen has a built-in hob with two glass-ceramic hotplates, a fridge containing a smaller refrigerator, a coffee machine, and a toaster. A hair dryer and a washing machine are available to the guests during their stay, as well.
This accommodation also features a balcony, with a side view of the sea, which can be accessed from the living room. The balcony is equipped with seating furniture and presents an ideal place to enjoy your favorite drink during pleasant summer mornings or evenings.
It is possible to stay in this facility with small pets, for which an additional fee is charged.
Cleaning and the service of changing bed linen and towels during the stay are not provided, as the hygiene of the apartment is taken care of by the guests themselves. At the end of the stay, the apartment cleaning service is mandatory, which is charged additionally, thanks to which the accommodation always remains in perfect condition and ready to welcome new guests.
A private parking space is not provided for the guests of this apartment. Guests can park their vehicles along the street.

- Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
- Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
- Upon arrival at the accommodation, it is mandatory to pay a fee of 8€ per day of stay.
