Alicanto Luxury Villa is located just outside the village of Polichrono, on a gentle elevation that offers a stunning panoramic sea view, and is situated approximately 1000 meters from the beach, allowing guests to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay away from the crowds. In this quiet setting, ideal for rest, the accommodation exudes a modern, luxurious style, with a spacious interior and carefully selected details that create a pleasant and elegant atmosphere. A special charm is provided by the private pool with a beautifully arranged sunbathing and relaxation area, where guests can fully unwind while the magnificent sea views complete the experience and make every moment memorable. Polichrono is a coastal village known for its long sandy beach, clear sea, and pleasant atmosphere, making it a popular holiday destination.

The five-bedroom apartments, designed as maisonettes, extend over two levels and can accommodate up to ten adults. The ground floor, arranged on three slightly separated levels connected by two steps between each, features a spacious living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a toilet. On the upper level, the first floor, there are three additional bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed and has its own private bathroom, providing guests with extra comfort and privacy.

Upon request, and included in the price, a baby cot and a high chair are available.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, which features central cooling, guests have access to free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, an iron, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four burners, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

The architecture of the property is designed for maximum comfort – while the spacious veranda on the ground floor offers a quiet shaded corner, the balconies on the first floor provide a private space with beautiful views. The highlight of the property is the private pool, surrounded by a generous sunbathing area with loungers and modern furniture, creating the perfect setting for sunbathing and refreshing in total privacy.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the space, as well as changing the provided bed linens and towels, which are available throughout their vacation. This way, the apartment remains tidy and pleasant, while the flexible approach to upkeep allows guests to adjust the routine to their own habits and needs, ensuring complete freedom and comfort. At the end of the stay, a mandatory cleaning service is charged additionally, ensuring that the accommodation remains spotless and ready to welcome new guests.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
