Ntina House is located in the peaceful seaside village of Metochi in Greece, just 80 m from a sandy beach, making it an ideal choice for guests who want to stay close to the sea. This pleasant house features a courtyard that offers space for relaxation, morning coffee, or evening gatherings after a day spent at the beach. Thanks to its location, Ntina House is an excellent choice for families, as well as for groups of friends looking for a quiet environment, proximity to the beach, and a true Mediterranean atmosphere.

This spacious ground-floor house is designed to accommodate six adults and provides comfortable accommodation for larger families or groups of friends. It consists of a living room, three bedrooms, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms each have one double bed, while the third bedroom features a sofa for two people. In the living room, guests have access to a sofa for one person and an additional sofa for two people. The kitchen area also includes another sofa for two people.

Upon request and included in the price, a baby crib and a high chair are available.

Guests have access to four air-conditioning units, wireless Wi-Fi internet, and a total of four flat-screen TVs. The TV located in the kitchen is connected to a PlayStation console, which can provide great entertainment for younger guests and for relaxed evenings with friends. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large refrigerator with a freezer, a large oven, four burners, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a microwave. Additional comfort during the stay is provided by a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, as well as a hairdryer.

Guests can enjoy a private veranda, ideal for relaxing and socializing outdoors. The house also has a fenced courtyard that provides additional privacy and a safe space for children to play and spend time in the fresh air.

Small pets are allowed in this property upon prior request.

Cleaning and the replacement of bed linen and towels are not included in the price, so guests take care of these during their stay. Additional sets of bed linen and towels provided in the accommodation can be used as needed, while ironing and cleaning services are available for an additional fee.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 8 years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
