Kathrin House is located in the peaceful village of Vergija, 5.7 kilometers from Nea Kalikratia and 6.6 kilometers from Sozopol, while the beach is 1.3 kilometers away. Set in a quiet environment, this detached house offers guests privacy and enough space for a relaxing holiday. The fenced and landscaped yard with a summerhouse and a built-in barbecue creates a pleasant atmosphere for socializing, shared meals and outdoor living, which is why the accommodation is particularly suitable for families and groups of friends.

This family house is located on the ground floor, and the entrance is accessed via three steps. It has a living room connected to the kitchen, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom, and is designed to accommodate a maximum of seven adults. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second has a double bed of narrower dimensions than the standard, intended for sleeping one person, and a bunk bed, under which there is a drawer-bed for another person. The living room has a sofa for one person.

For the youngest guests, a cot, stroller, and high chair can be provided upon request and at no additional charge. These amenities make it easier for parents to organize their travel and allow for a more practical stay with small children.

To maintain a pleasant temperature during their stay, air conditioning and a ceiling fan are available, while WiFi and a TV provide guests with the opportunity to connect and have fun. The kitchen has a glass-ceramic hob with two heating zones and a large oven, making it suitable for regular meal preparation and oven dishes. A large fridge with a freezer provides enough space for storing groceries, and guests also have a coffee machine, kettle and toaster at their disposal. A washing machine and hairdryer contribute to additional practicality, especially during longer stays.

A spacious, fenced and carefully landscaped yard with a well-maintained lawn and a shaded area creates a pleasant atmosphere for long summer days outdoors. The house also has a veranda overlooking the yard.

Pets are allowed in the accommodation at no additional charge, which allows guests to take them on vacation and avoid organizing special care during the trip. The fenced yard further facilitates their stay with a pet.

Guests are responsible for the house’s hygiene during their stay, so they can organize cleaning according to their needs and the rhythm of their vacation. Bed linen and towels are provided upon arrival, while their replacement during the stay is not provided.

Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
