Accommodation description

Dona’s House is located in the quiet village of Vergija, 590 meters from the beach. Set in a pleasant environment, this house offers guests privacy and plenty of space for a relaxing stay. The spacious, fenced, landscaped yard, with a summer house, summer kitchen, built-in barbecue, and children’s facilities, lets you enjoy the outdoors all day, making it ideal for families with children and groups of friends.

This single-storey house, designed for a maximum of six adults and two children up to 13 years of age, is slightly elevated from the yard level, so two steps are required to reach the entrance. The interior space is organized so that the living room connected to the kitchen is the central part of the house, while three separate bedrooms provide guests with more privacy and comfort during their stay. The house has one bathroom inside, while the second is located in the yard. Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, while the third has two bunk beds. A sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for two people in the living room.

To maintain a comfortable temperature during warmer days, two bedrooms with double beds are equipped with air conditioning. Guests have access to WiFi and a Smart TV in the living room, which allows them to enjoy internet content. The kitchen has a stove with two ceramic hobs and a small oven, so it is suitable for regular preparation of meals and dishes from the oven, while a large fridge with a freezer provides enough space for storing food and drinks. A coffee machine, kettle and toaster are also available, and a washing machine and hairdryer contribute to a more practical stay.

A spacious, fenced and landscaped yard with a well-maintained lawn provides enough space for relaxation, socializing and children’s outdoor activities. A particularly pleasant part of the yard is a summer house with seating and a fully equipped summer kitchen, where guests can prepare and serve meals together. A gas stove with four burners, a large oven, and a dishwasher are available, while two large wall fans contribute to a more pleasant stay during warmer days. The possibility of using a private brick barbecue further complements summer gatherings, while deckchairs are intended for relaxation in the yard. A slide is also provided for the entertainment of the youngest guests. Guests have at their disposal two parasols and two sun loungers at no additional charge, which they can take to the beach. This convenience makes it easier to organize a day by the sea and allows for a more comfortable stay on the beach without the need to carry their own equipment.

Pets are allowed upon request and at no additional charge, so guests can spend their vacation together with their pet. The fenced yard further contributes to practicality and a more pleasant stay together.

Guests are responsible for taking care of the hygiene of the house during their stay. Replacement sets of bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation at no additional charge, while guests are responsible for changing them according to their needs. Additional cleaning service is available upon request and for a surcharge.

Guests have at their disposal two private parking spaces within the yard, which makes it easier to organize arrival and use the car during their stay. Additional parking is available approximately 40 meters from the accommodation, subject to availability.

On the shores of the Gulf of Thessaloniki, Vergija offers a pleasant environment for a summer holiday filled with swimming, relaxation, and outdoor activities. The place is known for its long sandy beach and gradual entry into the sea, making it especially suitable for families with young children. Along the coast, there are alternating free parts of the beach, suitable for setting up your own umbrellas and deck chairs, and arranged areas with beach bars. The village has a calmer rhythm, without pronounced crowds and intense nightlife, which is why evenings are spent walking and relaxing. For a wider range of shops, restaurants and other tourist attractions, guests can visit nearby resorts and beaches, so Vergija can also serve as a good starting point for exploring the surrounding area. The accommodation is approximately 36 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
