Accommodation description

Dina’s House is located in the village of Tuzla near Kavala, in a tranquil environment that perfectly suits guests who wish to spend their summer vacation in a relaxed atmosphere, 600m away from the beach. Guests have at their disposal a private barbecue, two balconies, as well as a well-maintained communal courtyard.

The apartment is situated on the first floor and can accommodate four adults. It consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom. The first bedroom is equipped with a single bed and a pull-out drawer bed of the same size, while the second bedroom has an identical setup.

Available amenities include air conditioning, TV, internet, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, kitchen with stove, and a large fridge with a freezer. Upon request, a baby cot can be provided.

Both balconies are furnished with seating sets and overlook the courtyard. Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. However, an additional cleaning service is available for a fee. For stays longer than ten days, extra sets of bed linen and towels are provided.

The apartment also has a designated private parking space.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
