Stasia Apartment is a modernly equipped accommodation unit in Nikiti, ideal for a family holiday or a stay with a larger group of friends. It offers comfort and privacy in a quiet part of Nikiti, while the fenced yard presents an ideal place for rest and socializing. The distances of 600 m from the sandy beach and 1.3 km from the town center make it a great choice for a carefree holiday.

This apartment, located on the ground floor, is designed for a maximum of six adults and one child, and it consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa meant to accommodate two people, as well as an armchair that, if necessary, can be extended into an additional bed for one person. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds.

This accommodation is suitable for families with children. The organization of space in this rental unit provides a comfortable stay even for the youngest, thanks to the possibility of renting a cot, which is included in the price.

At guests’ disposal there are three air conditioners located in both bedrooms and in the living room. The unit is equipped with a Wi-Fi internet connection, while a flat screen TV is provided in the living room. Other equipment guests can use during their stay includes a washing machine and a hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, and it contains a large oven, a stove with four modern stovetop elements, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

The yard in front of the accommodation is fenced and presents a green area which is therefore safe for children. The porch is equipped with chairs and a dining table. Upon request, a barbecue grill can be provided.

It is possible to stay in this unit with smaller pets, whose presence must be indicated earlier during the reservation process, bearing in mind that an additional pet fee needs to be paid. Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to pay a security deposit, which the owner shall keep in case of any possible damage, though it will be refunded in full if no damage occurred.

Cleaning and changing bed linen and towel services are not provided; however, it is possible to provide these services for an additional fee. During the stay, the cleanliness and the hygiene of the apartment should be taken care of by the guests themselves.

The guests have two secured parking spots, which greatly betters their stay and provides additional security and comfort throughout the vacation. This convenience is especially important during high season, when the number of free parking spaces in the area is limited, so you will always have a secured place for your vehicle without worrying and wasting time and will be able to fully relax and enjoy your stay.

Stasia Apartment is located in Nikiti, on the northwest coast of Sithonia, 97 km southeast of Thessaloniki, between the resorts of Metamorfosi and Neos Marmaras. The main beach of Nikiti is a 2.5 km long, sandy beach known for its clean, calm sea. Nikiti is widely known for its famous, 26-kilometer-long swimming marathon “Toroneos Bay Crossing”, which takes place every July on the route from Kassandra Peninsula to Nikiti. Along the coast there are numerous restaurants and cafes with sunbeds and umbrellas, while the pine forest provides natural shade. The distance from the Stasia Apartment to other more popular resorts in the area is 22 km from Neos Marmaras and 45 km from Sarti. The nearest airport in Thessaloniki is 88 km away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.
Environmental tax is not included in the price and is 8€ per night.
