Sandra’s Luxury Stay Apartments offers guests six accommodation units of different capacities, arranged in the basement, on the first and second floors of the building without an elevator, built on sloping terrain. The offer includes studios and apartments designed for a maximum of five adults, depending on the type of unit.
The double studio is located in the basement and is designed for a maximum of two adults. The space includes a sleeping area connected to the kitchen and a bathroom, so it is suitable for couples or guests who need a simply organized space for their summer stay. The sleeping area has a double bed, while the kitchen allows for basic independence during your vacation.
Two larger studios are located on the first and second floors and are designed to accommodate up to four adults. Each studio includes a sleeping area connected to the kitchen and a bathroom, so the layout is adapted to a simple and practical stay during your vacation. The sleeping area has a double bed, a single bed, and a drawer-bed.
Two apartments are designed to accommodate up to four adults, one on the first and the other on the second floor. Each apartment includes a kitchen with bunk beds, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom, so the space is practically organized for families or small groups. The bedroom is separated as a quieter area for relaxation and is equipped with a double bed.
The largest apartment is located in the basement and is designed to accommodate up to five adults. The space includes a living room connected to the kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, so it is suitable for families or guests who need a practically organized apartment with a separate bedroom and additional sleeping places in the living room. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two people and a single bed.
A cot can be provided upon request at no additional charge, making it easier for families with babies to plan their trip and reducing the need to bring additional equipment. This option is especially practical for parents who want to prepare their vacation more simply, with a space provided in advance for a quieter and more comfortable stay for the youngest guests.
The equipment of the accommodation units is adapted to a practical and more independent stay during the vacation. All units have air conditioning, while one apartment additionally has a second air conditioning unit, which contributes to a more pleasant temperature and greater comfort in different parts of the space. There is also a fan in each apartment, useful for better air circulation on warmer days. Guests have WiFi internet at their disposal for everyday connectivity, a Smart TV for relaxing with their favorite content, a hairdryer, as well as a shared washing machine available to all guests of the facility, which is especially practical for longer stays. The kitchen area in each unit is equipped with a three-burner stove and a small oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster, allowing guests to prepare meals and drinks during their stay.

The accommodation units are cleaned, and linen and towels are changed every three days. This maintenance schedule contributes to a tidier and more pleasant stay, especially for guests planning a longer vacation.
Parking within the property is limited and cannot accommodate all guests. There are a total of three private parking spaces available, while other guests can use street parking, depending on current availability in the area.
Salonikiou is a quieter place on the northeastern side of Sithonia, between Pyrgadikia and Ormos Panagias, suitable for guests who want a relaxing holiday away from the big tourist centers and crowds. This part of the coast is known for its long beach, a quieter atmosphere and a view of the bay of Mount Athos, and is especially suitable for families, couples and guests who value cleaner seas, more space and a simpler daily rhythm. The beach is wide, sandy, with occasional pebbles along the coast and a gradual entry into the water, which is why it is practical for families with children and guests who prefer calmer swimming. It is not a completely urban resort with a large number of facilities, but a quieter coastal zone in which there are smaller organized areas and beach bars, while most of the beach retains a more natural and relaxed character. Salonikiou is a good choice for guests who want to spend their holiday near the sea, with more peace and fewer crowds, but also to easily visit the surrounding places, bays and beaches of Sithonia by car. Due to its location between Ormos Panagias and Pyrgadikia, a stay in this part of Halkidiki can be nicely combined with trips to nearby taverns, smaller ports, more organized beaches and other quieter parts of northeastern Sithonia. The accommodation is about 91 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
