Rudi 2 Studios is located in the picturesque and popular resort of Sarti, on the eastern coast of Sithonia, just 290 m from the long sandy beach and crystal-clear sea. Situated in a peaceful part of the village, yet close to all amenities, it is an excellent choice for guests who wish to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of one of the most beautiful tourist destinations in Halkidiki.
The property offers three apartments located on the second floor, suitable for a maximum of four adults.
Each apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room contains two joined single beds.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is also available.
All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning and a TV in both the living room and the bedroom. Guests also have access to free WiFi internet, a hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with two or four hotplates, depending on the unit, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
Guests can relax on the balconies and enjoy the view of the beautifully landscaped courtyard and the sea, while the pleasant atmosphere is enhanced by a barbecue in the courtyard, available for guests to use during their stay.
Small pets are allowed upon request and free of charge.
Cleaning of the accommodation, as well as the changing of bed linen and towels, is carried out by the guests themselves during their stay.
Street parking is available directly in front of the property.
