The property offers two functionally furnished studios.

The smaller studio is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to two adults. It consists of a sleeping area with a double bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

The larger studio is located on the first floor and is suitable for up to two adults and one child. It consists of a sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa bed for one child, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

A baby cot can be provided upon request and free of charge.

Both studios are equipped with air conditioning, while guests also have access to free Wi-Fi, a TV, and a hairdryer. The kitchenettes allow guests to prepare simple meals. The smaller studio has two ceramic hobs, while the larger studio has two standard hobs and a small oven. Both kitchenettes are additionally equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

On the balcony or veranda, furnished with a table and chairs, guests can relax and enjoy views of the beautifully maintained garden and the surrounding area.

Pets are not allowed at this accommodation.

The studios are cleaned and bed linen and towels are changed every three days during the stay, contributing to greater comfort and a pleasant holiday experience.

There is no private parking available for guests, but free parking spaces can be found along the street in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.

Trigonaki Studios is located 10 km from Kalamitsi, a peaceful and charming seaside resort known for its pleasant atmosphere and natural surroundings. Sarti is 11 km away and is one of the most popular resorts in Sithonia, offering numerous restaurants, tavernas, cafés, and shops. Porto Koufo is 21 km away and is a picturesque fishing village known for its large natural harbour and traditional fish tavernas. Toroni is 24 km away and is a quieter coastal village with a relaxed atmosphere and rich history. Thessaloniki Macedonia Airport is 141 km away and is the nearest international airport to the accommodation.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
