Our description
Niriides Hotel is a vividly arranged accommodation in the enclosed yard with a summer house, not far from the center and sandy beach on Ammouliani island. They offer seven neat accommodation units for 2-3 people. About 1,5km from the property, there's one of the most popular beaches on the island, Alikes, which is why this accommodation is so popular. Small pets are also welcome.
The beach is less than 100m away (small, sandy, disorganized), while the center is at 200m. The nearest grocery store is just a few steps away, and a bakery is about 100m away. The closest restaurant is just 50m away.
The hotel has one studio in the basement and six rooms on the first and second floor. The studio (20m2) has one double bed and a sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette (cooker, small fridge) and a bathroom (shower with a curtain). It has no porch, but it is fresh. The rooms (15m2) are double and have one double bed (two on the first floor and all three rooms on the second floor), i.e. two single beds (one room on the first floor), bathroom (shower with a curtain) and a terrace with tumble dryer. They don't have a kitchenette, they only have a fridge.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet access, a coffee maker, a hairdryer and mosquito nets. A baby cot is available on request.
Bed linen and towels are replaced every two days, while cleaning is performed daily.
There is no private parking, so guests park close by.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Prelepa soba, lepsa nego na slikama, sa terase pogled na more i izlazak sunca. Sve je novo i cisto, vlasnica Marija je predivna zena, tu je bila za sve sto treba. Prelep Amuljani, rado cemo mu se vracati.

Simpaticna sobica, neverovatno cista sa prijatnom vlasnicom koja se slabije snalazi sa Engleskim, ali na super mirnoj lokaciji, na obodu "centra" (kada idete ka plazama ne provlacite se kroz guzvu i centar). Laganim hodom do centra ste za 3-5 min. Najbolji restoran na ostrvu "Tzanis" vam je na 2 min hoda, iza smestaja. Plaze su na max 5-10 min kolima, lepe i uredne. Preporuka za St. George, Megali Amos, Banana beach (do koje se malo teze dolazi)...ukoliko zelite mirniji boravak na plazi. Plaza Alikes je velika i lepa, ali je na njoj i guzva velika, te samim tim i losija usluga. Ko sta voli, nek izvoli. Sustinski jedo lepo i prijatno iskustvo, za preporuku. Lepo i maleno ostrvce za porodice sa decom, sa sadrzajem za sve (osim za mlade koji su zeljni nocnih klubova), uglavnom zastupljeno Grcima, Bugarima i nasim ljudima.
