Description
Gemeli VIllas are 600 meters from the village Ammouliani, while the closest beach is 450m away. It was built on an area of 4.5 hectares and is surrounded by a Mediterranean landscape full of olive trees. The view from the villa is like a dream, overlooking the blue Aegean Sea and Mount Athos.
Hiropotamon is 8.2 km from Villas Gemeli, while Ierisos is 12 km away. The nearest airport is Thessaloniki Airport, 113 km from the accommodation.
Location: The island of only 4.5 square kilometers combines clean crystal beaches such as Alikes, Megali Ammos, Karagatsia and dense vegetation, as it is full of olive and fruit trees. Gemeli was built on the northern side of the island only 600 meters from the village and at an altitude of 60 meters. Near us there are two beach bars in the north and east at a distance of 400 meters. The farthest beach, Megali Ammos, is located at a distance of 4 km, and the nearest one is about 400 meters away.
Complex "Villa Gemeli" consists of 12 double rooms, so it is ideal for couples. But there is also the possibility of stay for families with one child each.
Families with older children can have a very comfortable stay by taking two double rooms in the same house. For couples with a small child, there is the possibility of adding a single or extra bed for a child up to ten years of age.
Studios in the boarding house are equipped with air conditioning,Wi-Fi, wardrobe, refrigerator, flat-screen TV, coffee machine. Each studio has its own bathroom with a shower. All terraces and verandas have a view of the sea and the yard.
On request, it is possible to provide a baby cot.
Cleaning is done every day, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days. These services are included in the price.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
