Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Dimitras Apartment is located in the peaceful area of Palio, just 10km from the city of Kavala, offering the perfect escape for those seeking relaxation near the sea. The apartment exudes a blend of modern comfort and unique charm, thanks to the owner's handmade artwork. The nearest beach is only 150 meters away, while a supermarket, pharmacy, and taverna are within easy reach, making the location extremely convenient and attractive for guests.
The apartment was fully renovated in 2024 and decorated with the owner's handmade art. It is located on the first floor of a three-story building and is intended to accommodate up to three adults and one child. It features a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two people in the living room.
In this air-conditioned apartment, equipped with air conditioning units in both the living room and bedroom, guests have access to a TV, Wi-Fi internet, hairdryer, washing machine, mosquito nets, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator with freezer, stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a shower with a glass partition.
Guests can relax on the furnished balcony with a partial sea view.
