Description
Dimitras Apartment is located in Palio, in the area of the city of Kavala, from which it is 10km away. The nearest beach is about 150m away, and in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation there is a supermarket, a pharmacy, a tavern and a children's playground with a tennis court.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and decorated with handmade works of art by the owner. It is located on the first floor of a three-story building and is designed to accommodate a maximum of three adults and one child. It contains a double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room there is a sofa for two people.
In this air-conditioned apartment, with an independent cooling unit in the living room and bedroom, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, mosquito nets, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, a stove with four glass-ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a microwave oven, a toaster and an electric kettle. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a glass screen.
Guests can spend warm summer days, with a partial view of the sea, on the balcony equipped with seating set.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter clean accommodation and take care of their own hygiene during their stay. For stays of seven days or more, an additional set of bed linen and towels is provided.
Private parking for guests is available on the property and is free of charge.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
