Hotel Description

Sousanna Apartments is a nicely-maintained accommodation just a few steps from Ierissos beach. The accommodation units are neat, clean and comfortable, and the owners are friendly and unobtrusive. The beach has a natural shade, which is a great convenience during the hot summer months, especially for families with small children.

The center is about 500m away, and the nearest supermarket, bakery and restaurant are within 200m.

They offer four quadruple apartments (38-40m2). They all have one double and a sofa bed, and three can accommodate an auxiliary bed. The apartments are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, an equipped kitchen with stove, large fridge and microwave, mosquito nets, hairdryer, iron and a terrace with tumble dryer. Three apartments have a shower in the bathroom, while one has a shower with a curtain. Two apartments have a side sea view. Amenities include a washing machine (one apartment has its own, and shared one is on the ground floor), barbecue, cot and a baby feeding chair.

The guests are in charge of hygiene in the apartments, while bed linen and towels are replaced every five days.

There’s no private parking, but there’s not enough parking space across the street.

Sousanna Apartments is a great choice for families with children who are looking for comfortable accommodation close to the beach and to feel at home.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
