Our description
Sousanna Apartments is a nicely-maintained accommodation just a few steps from Ierissos beach. The accommodation units are neat, clean and comfortable, and the owners are friendly and unobtrusive. The beach has a natural shade, which is a great convenience during the hot summer months, especially for families with small children.
The center is about 500m away, and the nearest supermarket, bakery and restaurant are within 200m.
They offer four quadruple apartments (38-40m2). They all have one double and a sofa bed, and three can accommodate an auxiliary bed. The apartments are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, an equipped kitchen with stove, large fridge and microwave, mosquito nets, hairdryer, iron and a terrace with tumble dryer. Three apartments have a shower in the bathroom, while one has a shower with a curtain. Two apartments have a side sea view. Amenities include a washing machine (one apartment has its own, and shared one is on the ground floor), barbecue, cot and a baby feeding chair.
The guests are in charge of hygiene in the apartments, while bed linen and towels are replaced every five days.
There's no private parking, but there's not enough parking space across the street.
Sousanna Apartments is a great choice for families with children who are looking for comfortable accommodation close to the beach and to feel at home.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Ako vam napišem, da ćemo sledeće godine ponovo u ovaj smještaj, sve vam je jasno. Na par koraka od plaže, parkinga oko smještaja dovoljno, sve je blizu, a mir za odmor. Sigurno ima smještaja koji su noviji, luskuzniji, ali ne vjerujem da imaju domaćina kao što je Thodoris, koji nam je svakom svojom gestom pokazao kako se treba ophoditi prema gostu. Od samog dolaska u apartman, osvježenje nas je čekalo u frižideru. Apartman je opremljen sa svim. Ne samo neophodnim nego vam kažem ima sve.( moja žena je bila veoma zadovoljna. Dogodine, opet ćemo na isto mjesto, jer je ostalo toliko tog da vidimo i obidjemo.

Izuzetno lep i komforan smeštaj. Sve je čisto i uredno. Dobro održavan apartman. Odlična lokacija. Posebna pohvala za ljubaznog domaćina Todorisa. Doći ćemo ponovo. Odnos cena / kvalitet odličan.

Smeštaj je odličan. Apartman u kojem smo boravili je cist, komforan i izuzetno opremljen. Terasa je ogromna narocito ako imate malu decu pa vam tako nesto znaci. Gazda apartmana neverovatan čovek. Izuzetno gostoljubiv i predusetljiv. Lokacija je uz samu plažu i restorane.

Apartman u kojem smo boravili je odličan.Ne postoji stvar koju apartman ne poseduje.Ne morate ništa nositi,sve vas čeka.Terasa odlična za uživanje.Što se tiče gazde apartmana neverovatan čovek.Nismo se susreli sa takvim gostoprimstvom i predusetljivošću.Ocena za sve 10.Svaka preporuka.
