Description
Koala Apartments is the accommodation in a quiet street, just 100m from the center of Ierissos. It offers four clean and nicely decorated accommodation units for 2-5 people. The main advantage of this accommodation is the patio behind the house, with a large summer house, barbecue and a shared kitchen. It's ideal for enjoying and socializing, especially for large groups or multiple families on a joined vacation.
The beach is 1km away, the nearest supermarkets (Lidl and Masutis) and the restaurant are at about 100m, and the nearest bakery is 50m away.
Three accommodation units are on the high ground floor (four steps from the ground level) and one is on the second floor.
Rodi is a duplex apartment (65m2) on the ground floor, for a maximum of five people. The bedrooms have one double and a sofa bed, i.e. two double beds smaller than standard. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, large refrigerator with a freezer, electric kettle and necessary utensils. The bathroom has a bathtub with a curtain and a washing machine.
Elea is a studio-apartment (40m2) on the ground floor, for a maximum of four people. It consists of a bedroom with one double and a double sofa bed, a very small kitchen (only for preparing meals) and the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with hot plates, small fridge with freezer compartment as well as all necessary utensils. The bathroom has a shower cabin.
Karidia is a studio-apartment (40m2) on the ground floor, on the backside, for a maximum of four people. It has a bedroom with one double bed and a sofa bed, and a small kitchen (only for preparing meals) with two hotplates and a fridge. The bathroom has a shower tray with a curtain.
Irida is a duplex apartment (65m2) on the second floor, for a maximum of five people. There is one double bed in each bedroom i.e. a single sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with hotplates, electric kettle and a large fridge with freezer. The bathroom has a shower cabin. This apartment has a very large terrace, with tables and chairs.
Erato je studio (25m2) na prvom spratu sa zadnje strane, za maksimalno tri osobe. Ima jedan francuski krevet i kauč i malu kuhinju (na terasi) sa frižiderom. Kupatilo ima tuš kabinu.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, terrace with an awning, mosquito nets and a hairdryer. Baby cot is available on request when booking.
Cleaning, as well as towels and bed linen replacement, is performed after three days.
Each apartment has its own parking space, free of charge.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
