A brand new collection of luxury apartments, abstaining only 180 meters from the sea, Aeri Villa is located in a quiet, open view neighborhood of Ierissos. "Aeri" means “The air, the wind” and it took its name from the small winds that come from the sea on the apartments. The two first apartments, Levantes & Zefiros, names deriving from the winds also, have been designed to offer a comfort accommodation either for families and couples.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 61 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
