- The guarantee deposit for guests with pets is 200 euros. If no damage is caused during the stay, this amount will be returned to the guests.
- Minimum stay is 10 nights.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 10% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
The brand new luxury apartments in Ierissos - Okean Appartments, just like studios, they are very close to the beach, beautifully furnished, equipped with everything needed for the perfect vacation.
We have five different apartments:
One bedroom apartment with sea view - Mansarde
This apartment, located on the third floor, consists of one bathroom, one spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single sofa bed, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and dining table, as well as two balconies. One of the balconies is absolutely spectacular, offering a beautiful view of the sea. There is a dining table for six on the balcony. The appartment could sleep six people (three in the bedroom, three in the living room), but we do prefer families of four to five people. This apartment is located on the third floor.Two bedroom apartment on the second floor - this appartment consists of one bathroom, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a living room with a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and a small dining table. There is a also a long balcony with table and chairs. Unfortunately, there is no sea view from this appartment. The appartment can sleep six people (two in each bedroom and two on the sofa bed in the living room), but we do prefer families of four to five people.
Three bedroom apartment with sea view - this appartment is very spacious, consisting of two bathrooms, three bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a double bed and a single sofa bed and one with a single bed), a large living room with a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and dining table, as well as a long balcony with sea view. This appartment can sleep eight people, but we would prefer no more than six guests in it. This appartment is on the second floor.
Two bedroom apartment with sea view- this is another very spacious appartment. It consists of two bathrooms, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another one with a double bed and a single bed), a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa bed. Best of all, it has a huge balcony (about 70 sq.m.) with table and chairs with a nice view of the sea. This appartment can sleep seven people, but we believe a family of five to six people would be better. It is located on the first floor.
Two bedroom apartment on the first floor - this apartment consists of one bathroom, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and a second one with a single bed and a single sofa bed), living room with a fully equipped kitchen, small dining table and a sofa. There is also a large balcony with table and chairs and a small yard that offer this appartment a lovely outer space for having dinner and relaxing. It is suitable for four people.

Zdravo. Interesuje me pocetak avgusta oko 3,4 avgusta 10 noci za 4 vozrasne osobe u ovom apartmanu Okean Apartments. Ne biram sobu samo hocu da imamo udobne krevete zato sto smo svi vozrasni.
