Okean Apartments is a new and modern accommodation in Jerisos, about 70m from the beach. It is the right choice for larger families. We offer five apartments that are equipped so that a pleasant vacation is guaranteed.
In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation are all the facilities that Jerisos offers.
On the high ground floor (8 steps from street level) there are two apartments, one at the front of the house, with a view of the sea, and the other at the back of the house, with a view of the yard and the neighboring building. Both have a separate entrance.
The apartment with a sea view has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and one single bed), a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a sofa bed for two people. The biggest advantage of the apartment is the fenced terrace, which is about 70m2 with a table and chairs and a very nice view of the sea. The apartment has two bathrooms. This apartment can sleep a total of seven people, but it is suitable for a family of five to six people.
The apartment at the back of the house has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a sofa bed), a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a small dining table and a corner sofa. The apartment has a bathroom and a washing machine in the kitchen area. It also has a large balcony with a table and chairs and a small yard that gives the guests staying in this apartment the opportunity to relax in a very nice space. Four people can stay in this apartment.
There are two apartments on the first floor, one with a view of the sea and the other overlooking the neighboring yard. These apartments, as well as the apartment in the attic, have a separate entrance from the side of the building.
The apartment with a sea view has three bedrooms (one with a double bed, the second with a double bed and a couch for one person, and the third with a single bed), a large living room with a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, and two bathrooms. Six people can stay in this apartment.
The apartment at the back of the house has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a living room with a couch for two people and a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining table. Guests have at their disposal a long balcony with seating. The apartment is suitable for five people.
On the second, last floor (attic) is an apartment with one spacious bedroom with a king-size French bed and one single sofa bed. It has a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room. The apartment has a terrace with the most beautiful view of the sea and a dining table for six people. The apartment is suitable for five to six people (maximum three adults and three small children).
All apartments are air-conditioned (they also have air conditioning in the bedrooms), have a washing machine, hair dryer, safe, mosquito nets, internet and two TVs in each apartment. The kitchens have two or three hotplates, large ovens, a kettle, a coffee maker and a large or standard refrigerator.
A baby cot is available on request and this service is not charged separately.
Pets are welcome, with prior agreement, in some apartments. A guarantee deposit is required if you come with a pet.
Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every four days.
Parking is possible in front of the accommodation or along the street.

The accommodation is perfect; it has everything one needs. It is situated in an excellent location. It can be cleaned at least twice during the tourists' stay, rather than just once.

- Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 10% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
- Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
- The guarantee deposit for guests with pets is 200 euros. If no damage is caused during the stay, this amount will be returned to the guests.
- For reservations shorter than 3 nights, the price is on request.
