Perfect Marigold Villa is a modern residence located outside the village of Agios Markos, on the island of Corfu. The villa features minimalist design elements that highlight the essential beauty of the space, transforming everyday rituals into moments of pure pleasure. Notably, the villa offers a spectacular panoramic view of the sea from its balcony. The accommodation is 850m away from Ipsos beach.
The accommodation unit consists of two levels and can accommodate up to six people. On the first level (high ground floor), there is a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. In the attic, on an open gallery with access to the balcony, there is a French bed. One bedroom has a French bed, while the other has two single beds.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free WiFi internet, TV, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a two-ring stove, a large oven, and a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathrooms feature a shower cabin with glass doors and toiletries.
The veranda and balcony, furnished with seating sets, offer a panoramic view of the sea and the pool. In the beautifully landscaped courtyard, guests can enjoy time with family and friends next to the pool surrounded by sun loungers.
Pets are not allowed on the premises. Parking is provided for guests.
Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every three or four days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
