Description
A&F House is located in the village of Agios Matheos, on the island of Corfu. This charming house, with a comfortable and elegant ambiance, modern amenities, and an authentic atmosphere, is the perfect choice for families and couples seeking a peaceful retreat. It is situated 3km away from Paramonas Beach.
The house, structured as a maisonette on two levels, can accommodate up to seven people. It consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There are one double bed in each of two bedrooms, two single beds in the third bedroom, and a sofa for one person in the living room.
All rooms are air-conditioned, and guests have access to a TV, WiFi internet, a safe, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and large oven, a big fridge, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee machine. The bathrooms feature a bathtub and a shower tray with toiletries. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request.
From the veranda and balcony, furnished with seating sets, guests can enjoy a view of the mountains. All rooms have balconies.
Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as the replacement of bed linens and towels, is done every three or four days.
Pets are not allowed. Parking space is provided for guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
