Casa de Luz Apartment is a stylish, bright and modern space, featuring a small garden situated close to the Garitsa Grove, just a short walk from the heart of Corfu Town. The closest beach is about 1.2km away.

This charming ground-floor apartment is renovated and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy bathroom, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a large living room with a double sofa and a comfortable dining area. Its maximum capacity is for four adults and two children.

The apartment’s design has a touch of Scandinavian style, with clean, minimalist furnishings. There is an air-conditioning, a smart flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a kitchen equipped with big fridge with a freezer, big oven and four rings, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. The bathroom has a shower cabin. A baby cot and a high chair can be added upon request.

It features a back terrace and a paved garden, positioned on a quiet side street just a block from Mon Repos beach, offering ample space for outdoor dining. For added privacy, the garden is fully fenced and perfect for relaxation or preparing BBQ.

Pets are not allowed. A parking spot can be found on the street.

Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every three or four days.

The apartment’s convenient location allows you to walk to the city center, local markets, the historic old town, city beaches and various attractions within just 10 minutes. Nearby, you’ll find restaurants, cafes, a children’s playground, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies and bus stops. The airport is only a 3-minute drive (distance 1.5km) or an 11-minute walk away.

You can visit Dassia which is 12.6km away or Ipsos at the distance 14.7km. The port of Corfu is 2.2km away.

Adults are considered to be persons older than 12 years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
