Hotel Description

Mar Luxury Suites, located perfectly in the heart of Corfu Town, will give you the luxury of having all the amenities right on your doorstep. It includes a a contemporary apartment and a studio that have been renovated. The closest beach is 4.2km away, while restaurants, bars, supermarkets and all other facilities are a few minutes away.

The renovated studio is located on the ground floor and can accommodate two adults and one child. The open planned layout houses a lounge, dining and small kitchen area which is fully supplied with all the amenities, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed. The bathroom has a glass shower and a washing machine, while the lounge hosts a single sofa bed. The studio offers air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster, a large fridge with a freezer, two rings and a large oven.

The apartment on the first floor has been modernized and refurbished to create a light, open and roomy space. Up to four people can stay there. The kitchen, dining area and living room are all part of the open-plan arrangement and are fully equipped with all the conveniences. The lounge has a double sofa and the bathroom has a spacious shower and a hairdryer. There is a double bed in the air-conditioned bedroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a large refrigerator with a freezer and a hob. The apartment has free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV.

Baby cot and high chair can be added upon request.

Since these two units are stacked vertically, they can be reserved either separately or together as a two-bedroom two-level apartment accommodating up to six people.

Pets are not allowed. Parking is not available and it should be noted that finding a spot in this central area may be challenging.

Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every three or four days.

Mar Luxury Suites is located 4.4km from the airport and 1.7km from the main port.

Policies

Adults are considered to be persons older than 12 years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
