Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Casa Govino Home is located in a beautifully decorated and quiet complex with a swimming pool and a beautiful yard in Gouvia, on the island of Corfu. The distance from the nearest beach is only 110m, while the city beach is 1.2km away.
The modernly equipped accommodation unit consists of two levels and can host four people. It contains a living room, a kitchen with a dining room and a bathroom on the upper level, while on the lower level there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two joined single beds) and a bathroom.
The accommodation includes air conditioning, TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, hair dryer, washing machine, kitchen equipped with a stove with two burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. The bathrooms have a shower without a tub with a glass screen.
The spacious balcony, equipped with seating, offers a view of the yard and the pool.
Guests can use the pool, sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool.
Pets are not allowed. A parking space is provided for guests.
Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every three or four days.
Casa Govino Home is 14.7km from the capital of Corfu, 12.2km from the port and 14km from the airport.
