Description
Magia Villa is located in the village of Ipsos, on the island of Corfu, 260m away from the beach. This ground floor house with a beautiful and carefully landscaped garden is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday and enjoying peace and nature.
The accommodation unit can accommodate six people and consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms (each with two single beds) and a bathroom. In the living room, there are two single sofas.
The air-conditioned accommodation features a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, as well as a kitchen with a four-ring stove and large oven, a large refrigerator, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher. The bathrooms have a shower cabin with toiletries. Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot and a high chair are available.
In the landscaped garden, there is a natural shade, ideal for relaxing on the seating area on the veranda, while the barbecue provides a perfect way to enjoy with family and friends.
Pets are not allowed. A parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three or four days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
