Perfect BellFlower Villa is located in the village of Kontokali, on the island of Corfu, 50m away from the nearest beach and 290m from Kontokali beach. This elegant villa perfectly combines modern design with traditional elements, creating a comfortable environment that charms every guest. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, it offers a private pool and a captivating view of the azure sea, providing an ideal place for relaxation and enjoyment of the beauties of nature.
The accommodation unit consists of two levels and its structure is a maisonette (it is a cascading construction). It can accommodate up to six adults and two children. On the lower level, there is a living room with a kitchen and a dining table, as well as a bathroom. It has access to a veranda equipped with a seating set, and a few steps below the courtyard level, there is a pool. On the same level, a few steps above the courtyard level, there is a bedroom and a bathroom, as well as a separate studio with a sofa bed for two, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. On the upper level, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. All three bedrooms have a double bed.
The air-conditioned accommodation includes free WiFi internet, a TV with satellite channels, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a safe, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster. The bathrooms have a shower cabin with toiletries. Upon request and included in the price, guests have access to a baby cot and a high chair.
With a panoramic view of the sea and the pool, guests can relax on the veranda or balcony equipped with a seating set. A hot tub is located on the balcony.
In the garden, guests have access to a pool surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, and they also have the opportunity to enjoy barbecue facilities.
Pets are not allowed. A parking space is provided for the accommodation guests.
Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every three or four days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
