Description
The Mesogeios Hotel is a small family-run hotel located in the settlement of Ligia, 120m from the beach. It offers rooms for two to five people, and amenities include parking, reception, wireless internet, restaurant, bar, and a pool with a children's area.
It is about 2km away from Vrachos, 8km from Kanalia, and 20km from Preveza.
There are 23 accommodation units available, spread across the ground floor, first, second, and third floors. There are 17 double and triple rooms (20m2) with one double or two single beds and a sofa, three triple studios (30m2) each with one double and single bed or sofa, and three quadruple apartments with one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen area (with the possibility of adding two extra beds).
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, wireless internet, fridge, and a bathroom with a hairdryer. Studios and apartments also have a kitchen (stove with two burners, small fridge, electric kettle, and coffee maker).
Cleaning and towel change are done daily, while bed linen is changed every other day.
The accommodation is suitable for people with disabilities and has a private parking included in the price.
Mesogeios Hotel is ideal for those seeking quality accommodation in a peaceful location near the beach. The only downside is that Ligia is quite a small place.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
