Our description
Simos Studios is the accommodation outside the settlement of Lygia, about 350m from the center, while only the street divides it from the beach. Amenities include a reception desk, spacious and beautifully arranged courtyard with sitting sets, children's playground, private parking and a restaurant.
The nearest bakery and shop are 450m away.
It offers eight quadruple studios (32m2) with one double and two single beds.
The studios are air-conditioned, have a TV, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen (mini-stove with oven and small fridge with freezer), mosquito nets, bathroom and terrace with sea view.
Replacement of bedding and towels, as well as cleaning, is done every third day.
Enter Lygia, on the big crossroads head downhill towards the beach for about 350m until you reach the restaurant with the same name on the left side.

Owners description
Simos Studios is the accommodation in Lygia, close to everything, 20km from Parga and 25km from Preveza. It is very cozy and bright with large balconies and great views, well organized with TV, A/C, refrigerator, and neat kitchen with all the necessary and WiFi internet.
Lygia has a sunny beach with beautiful green clear water. The evenings are offered for night enjoyable walks. Next to it is our tavern for coffee and delicious food. In a quiet and beautiful environment ideal for family holidays that will make the days of your stay an unforgettable experience and will bring back you with us.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
