Hotel Description

Mare Blu Lichnos Villa is located near the fantastic Lichnos beach (at 150m). It has standard and superior studios for 2-4 people and one quadruple apartment with a terrace or veranda overlooking the sea. There’s also a very nice landscaped yard facing the sea, with a small playground and parking.

The closest grocery store is about 250m away at Villa Spiros (which we also cooperate with), while the nearest bakery is in Parga (3km). Valtos beach is 4,5km away

There are eight accommodation units. Two superior studios rooms (24m2) have a large terrace, one double and a single bed, five triple studios (22m2) have three single beds and smaller terraces, while the quadruple apartment (34m2) has one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen area.

All accommodation units have A/C, TV, WiFi internet, fan, kitchen (two hot plates and a fridge with freezer), terrace and the possibility of adding the auxiliary bed (metal structure with thin mattress).

Cleaning is provided on a daily basis, while bed linen and towels are replaced every third day.

There’s a very nice yard with deck chairs, a small playground and a sea view. They have no reception desk, but the owners live in the villa and one of them is always available for any help or information.

Private parking for all vehicles is also available.

Turn off the road Igoumenitsa – Preveza, drive towards Parga for about 5km until the signpost for the Lihnos beach. Turn left and drive downhill towards the sea for another 900m until you see this accommodation on the right-hand side.

Mare Blu Lichnos Villa is ideal for everybody looking for accommodation near a fantastic beach, outside the populated area and away from the noise and bustle.

The accommodation and location are excellent. The hosts are very kind. The most beautifully arranged yard in all of Parga.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 61 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
