Description
Villa Lithitsa is located 300m from the center of Parga, about 400m from the city beach and about 1.5km from the fantastic Valtos beach. In addition to the beautiful environment with a view of the city center and the sea, it also offers guests a private parking lot.
Lithitsa has rooms and studios for 2-3 people and apartments for 4-5 people.
Double room has 17m2 and two connected beds. Studio is triple (22m2) and it has one double + one sofa which becomes single bed. Apartment for four has 37m2, sea view, one double bed and two single beds. Apartment for five people (40m2) has one double, two single beds and one single sofa.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have TV, bathroom with a hair dryer and a balcony. Studios and apartments have quiped kitchen (small electrical cooker with two burners, a small refrigerator with freezer, a microwave) while 2 bed room have only fridge.
Wireless internet is available in all rooms.
This villa is not suitable for people with disabilities. Pets are allowed on request before the reservation. Baby cot is available on request before the reservation. There is a small reception with a coffee bar.
Cleaning is on daily basis and change of linen and towels is carried out every three days.
The house has a private parking.
To reach the house, you should enter Parga, on the first major intersection you should continue straight and 150m after the intersection, on the hill above Parga, on the right side you will come across a steep road which leads to the house.
Villa Lithitsa is ideal for all guests who want a quite good accommodation near the city center and with rooms that have a view of the bay of Parga. Since the villa is located beside the road, it is possible to be a bit noisy in the rooms during the season.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
