Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

One of the most popular accommodations for VourvourouIf you are thinking about how would look like real small heaven for vacation, right in front of the sea, then Stamos Studios And Apartments in Vourvourou is a great example. This accommodation is a good choice for families with small children, because of beautiful and spacious courtyard and direct access to the beach, but also for all those who want to be only few steps from the beach.
Accommodation is located right on the beach which is sandy and with gradual depth. The closest market is around 700m far, while taverns, cafes and the other markets are around 1,5km far.
It is consisted of eight accommodation units, one apartment, six studios and one bungalow. Built twenty years ago, but each year something is being renovated, but the last, biggest renovation was in 2015.
Quadruple apartment (35m2) has a double bed in bedroom and folding sofa for two persons in the room with kitchen. The pillows can be removed from both sofas which have very good quality mattresses. Apartment is located on the first floor and has sea view.
One double studios (28m2) has double bed, it is located on the first floor and has sea view, while five triple studios (28m2) have one double and one sofa bed. Three are located on the ground floor, while the other two are on the first floor, but all have sea view.
The four-bed bungalow is a separate house in the same yard, it has a double bed in the bedroom and two sofas in the living room with kitchen. The bathroom in the bungalow has a glass-enclosed shower.
All accommodation units have TV, air conditioning, WiFi, mosquito nets, separated balconies with table and chairs (apartment has a table with chairs inside too), awnings, as well as drying wires. Kitchen is completely equipped with necessary dishes, fridge and two hot plates. In the bathroom is a shower tray with curtain. Replacement of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, are performed every three days. Small pets are allowed upon request.
In the courtyard there is a gazebo with barbecue. Also, there is a shower. Private parking is provided for all guests, as well as sunbeds for free.
In order to reach the accommodation, after entering Vourvourou, drive around 500m until the accommodation Litsa Panagi, then turn left and after 200m you will see the accommodation on the right.
If you want to spend vacation in quality accommodation right on the beach, where your children can run carelessly, while you enjoy on the beach, this accommodation is the right choice for you.
