Our description

Rossa Villa Boutique Beach Resort has a great location between Krioneri and Piso Krioneri beach in Parga. Each of these beaches is less than 100m away.

There are four apartments, five triple studios and 11 double studios.

All triple studios are on the ground floor and have one double and an auxiliary bed.

Apartments have one double bed, a single and an auxiliary bed or three single and an auxiliary bed in two rooms. Five of 11 double studios are on the ground floor and they’re strictly for two. The remaining six studios on the first floor can be combined as apartments with two separate rooms because they are separated by a door.

All studios and apartments have a bathroom, kitchen, balcony, A/C, TV, safe box and WiFi internet. Replacement of towels and sheets and cleaning are provided.

Breakfast is a buffet.

The hotel has private parking for 10 cars. In case there’s no space in the parking lot, you can park along the street for free or in a large parking lot nearby which costs a few euros a day. When booking a room, you can also book parking spot.

Enter Parga and go down towards Krioneri beach, then taka a left and 250m later you will see this accommodation on your right-hand side.

Built in 1903, Villa Rossa is Parga’s most prominent manor house. The landmark building stands alone on Parga’s town beach in surroundings of outstanding natural beauty, offering a view stretching far out to sea and the Venetian Castle. The original seven bedrooms, with high ceilings and large french windows, have been carefully refurbished to combine old-world charm with modern conveniences. Using many of the original materials, furniture and lights, Rossa Villa Boutique Beach Resort combines style and comfort.

Villa Rossa Boutique Beach Resort is the only place in Parga town with direct access to the beautiful sandy beach Kryoneri. We serve drinks and light bites at our sunbeds and beach umbrellas where we also provide free WIFi internet. In our restaurant, we daily bring in fresh fish and seafood and prepare a range of Greek and Mediterranean traditional recipes to enhance your holiday experience. We take great pride in our homemade breakfast, an experience to be savoured. We make our own jams and chutneys, traditional style eggs and pancakes, served at the open-air, seafront, panoramic restaurant, widely known’s as a restaurant with a view. Start your day with a freshly squeezed orange juice while enjoying great vistas of the island of Panagia and the Parga castle.
