Owners description
BaiaBlu Apartments is the complex consists of two buildings located in two different locations. BaiaBlu 2 is near the way to the beaches, 1km further than the port.
It offers ground floor apartments with garden enjoying a more relaxing stay in second place just 1km from the port.
Green Studio in the colour of nature, illustrates tranquillity and relaxation and Yellow Studio in the colour of the sun and the light is for intense stay.
All apartments (50m2) have one bedroom with a double bed and living room with a double sofa bed with drawer and a folding chair bed as an extra bed if needed. The apartments are suitable to accommodate up to five guests.
The complex consists of luxurious, fully equipped apartments with a bedroom with double bed. Each is air-conditioned and features a kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities, sandwich maker and water kettle, coffee maker, steam iron, a bathroom with hairdryer and a comfortable seating area with satellite TV. Cradles offered for free to small children. Free private parking is possible on site, barbecue facilities and free WiFi internet.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Hello! We are a family of 4, three adults, and one child (12) from Serbia, Belgrade. We are interested in 2 bedroom apt. from 13.07. to 27.07.2020 (July the 13th to July the 27th)(14 nights).If it is not free at that period,we could come a few days later and stay 14 nights.
