Our description
Blue Bay Apartments is thew accommodation with one of the most beautiful views in this part of the Ionian coast. It has a private beach, private parking, as well as free WiFi internet for all guests. Located on a large property, surrounded by greenery, it offers accommodation for 2-4 people.
The nearest bakery and shop are about 300m away.
The accommodation is 500 meters from the seaside road that connects the Plataria and Sivota.
They offer rooms, studios and apartments.
Double accommodation units have one double bed, the triples have one double and a single or sofa bed, while the quadruples have one double and two single beds or a double sofa bed. Apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds or a double sofa bed in a living room. Studios and apartments have a fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, hood and a fridge), while rooms only have a fridge.
All accommodation units are soundproofed and have a bathroom with hairdryer, plasma TV, air conditioning and a terrace with a fantastic sea view. Bed linen and towels are replaced every third day, while daily cleaning is available for an extra charge.
Turn off the highway from Igoumenitsa to Preveza in Plataria and continue for 3km along the coast towards Sivota, until you see Blue Bay Apartments on the right-hand side.

Welcome to Blue Bay Apartments, studios and rooms located in the beautiful bay Sivota Thesprotias. The complex is beachfront, overlooking the deep blue Ionian Sea and has at your disposal an own quiet beach.
Sivota is located in the southwestern coast of Thesprotia. Blue bay is 15km from the port of Igoumenitsa, 85km from Ioannina, 90km from the airport of Preveza Aktion, 450km from Athens and 350km from Thessaloniki via Egnatia highway. It is a contemporary, picturesque, seaside village where the green scenery embraces the unique blue colour of the sea creating an idyllic image. Sivota is the ideal place for carefree vacations and it appeals to all visitors. You will find us in the seaside road Plataria - Sivota next to Nautilos Camping.
The choice of our apartments for your vacations offers you peace, cleanliness, comfort and hospitality. The ideal conditions for unforgettable family vacations near the most fascinating, deep blue beaches of the Ionian Sea. Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Lokacija pogodna za osobe koje vole odmor u miru i tišini.Smestaj je kao na slikama.Mi smo bili u cetvorokrevetnom apartmanu koji je dovoljan za dvoje odraslih sa dvoje dece od 8 i 11 godina.Nedostajao je određeni kuhinjski pribor ali je na zahtev vlasnik pribavio.Nema komaraca.Smestaj je udaljen od najbližeg mesta za snabdevanje 5 minuta kolima(Platarija),a od Sivote 15 minuta kolima.Plaza je kamenita potrebne su sandale za vodu ali na plaži nema gužve.U smeštaju mogu da se uzmu ležaljke za plažu a na samoj plaži su postavljeni držači za suncobrane,a na plazi ima prirodnog hlada.Gosti smeštaja su pretežno Grci.Signal za wi fi je slab tj.cesto nema pristupa internetu vlasnik kaže zbog mnogo video poziva.Parking uz sam apartman,osecate se veoma bezbedno.Postoji mogucnost dostave hrane.Rado bismo se vratili na isto mesto.
