Description
The Loukas Hotel is located in the center of Vrachos, with only a street separating it from the beach. Guests are offered a spacious and beautifully decorated courtyard, a beach bar with sunbeds and umbrellas, private parking, a children's playground, laundry services, and wireless internet. The excellent service and kindness of the owners are a great advantage of this accommodation.
The nearest bakery and shop are located 100m away.
The offer includes studios (22-28m2) for two to three people, with two or three single beds or one double and one single bed.
The units are air-conditioned, equipped with a TV, a kitchen (mini-stove with oven and fridge with a freezer), mosquito nets, a bathroom with a hairdryer, and a terrace with a view of the sea or the courtyard.
Bed linen and towels are changed, and cleaning is done every third day. There is also a laundry service available (for an additional fee).
Private parking is available, but there is not enough space for all vehicles.
Guests also have access to a daytime reception.
Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach can be used free of charge with a purchase from the bar.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
