Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Loukas Villa is an accommodation located near the beach in Vrahos. It is only 20m away from the beach and the street. If a good location and proximity to the sea are your priorities, this accommodation is an excellent choice. The studios are modernly designed and most of them have a direct view of the sea.
The property has five accommodation units on the first floor (five 2+2 studios) with a size of approximately 30m2. In the studios, there is one double bed and a sofa bed for two small children or one adult.
All units have WIFI internet signal, TV, and air conditioning, as well as a kitchen (two hot plates, kettle), and a refrigerator with a freezer.
The bathrooms have a shower cabin.
Cleaning, replacement of towels, and bed linen is done every third day of the stay.
The villa has private parking for all vehicles.
Loukas Villa is a perfect choice for families with small children, as well as for those who want to spend their vacation in a peaceful place, away from noise and close to a beautiful sandy beach.

Poštovani da li za ovaj termin u avgustu imate slobodno za dve porodice 2 studija, jedna porodica dva deteta 12 i 9 godina ako nije problem 3 krevetna mladje dete može u bračnom i za drugu porodicu jedno dete 1 godina. Po mogućnosti da budu jedan pored drugog studija.Cena
