Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

This modern and thoughtfully designed apartment is surrounded by the crystal-clear waters of the Ionian Sea and lush greenery, offering a perfect setting to enjoy nature and complete relaxation. Restaurants, markets, and cafes are just a few steps away, making it ideal for guests seeking a peaceful environment yet close to all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The maisonette spans two levels and includes a spacious living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It can accommodate five adults and two children. Each bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for two and another sofa for one person.
A baby cot is available upon request and included in the price.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers free WiFi, a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop featuring four ceramic burners, a large oven, a microwave, a spacious refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and a toaster.
Guests can enjoy the sea view from the large balcony equipped with seating furniture, as well as at the bar or restaurant located within the complex.

We were curious if the villa is equipped with air conditioning and internet access. If so, are these services included or are there additional fees? Is this the same apartment we will be staying?
