The maisonette spans two levels and includes a spacious living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It can accommodate five adults and two children. Each bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for two and another sofa for one person.

A baby cot is available upon request and included in the price.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers free WiFi, a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop featuring four ceramic burners, a large oven, a microwave, a spacious refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and a toaster.

The mezzanine at Siarbas House is an excellent accommodation, spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities. Everything is clean and beautifully arranged. The host is kind and very friendly towards the guests.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

For reservations in 2 Bedroom Apartment (7+1), Two-level, No. 1, for period from 05.07.2026 to 13.07.2026, for stays of 8 nights and more, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
