Mannou House and Studio is located just 120m from beach, in the tranquil village of Vrahos in the region of Epirus.

Offering one studio that can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children, as well as one apartment with three bedrooms that can accommodate a maximum of six adults and two children.

The studio located on the ground floor consists of a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. It is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, flat-screen TV, a double bed, a sofa for two, and a fully equipped kitchen with a standard refrigerator, two ceramic hobs, a small oven, a kettle, toaster, and a coffee machine. In front of the studio entrance, there is a veranda overlooking the courtyard, equipped with seating.

The three-level apartment, structured as a maisonette, has two separate entrances, one on the ground floor and one on the high ground floor. On the first level, at ground floor level, there is a living room with a kitchen and dining area. On the second level, at the first floor level, there are two bedrooms each equipped with a double bed and a bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the third level - the attic, where there is a master bedroom (physically separated by a door) with a double bed and a sofa for two, as well as an additional bathroom.

The apartment has air conditioning in every room, WiFi, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, a stove with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.

Guests of the apartment can enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings with a sea view on one of the spacious balconies equipped with a swing and seating area.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Towel and linen replacement, as well as cleaning, are provided halfway through the stay.

One parking space is provided for studio guests, and two parking spaces for apartment guests.

Excellent, lovely, clean and comfortable accommodation. It has a yard and parking. The hosts arrived promptly after we informed them that we had locked ourselves out of the apartment.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 12 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
