Milos House is located in Afitos, 550m away from the beach.

It is an apartment with two bedrooms. It is located on the second floor where there is a kitchen and a living room. The bedrooms are located in the attic and are reached by climbing the stairs. One bedroom has one double bed while the other has two single beds.

It has air conditioning, a fan, Wi-Fi Internet, a TV, a hair dryer, mosquito nets. It is possible to provide a baby cot upon prior request.

In the kitchen there is a large oven with four burners, a large fridge with freezer and a cooker. The bathroom has a shower.

It has a balcony with a view of the yard and the sea from the distance.

The guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay. If the guests of this accommodation stay for more than seven days, the owners will bring the guests bed linen and towels, which they can change independently.

Parking is available and is located in the garage of the accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
